What is HSKK test?

The HSKK test, formally known as the Hanyu Shuiping Kouyu Kaoshi, is a standardized Chinese proficiency test specifically assessing speaking ability. It is administered by Hanban, an organization affiliated with the Chinese Ministry of Education.

The HSKK test is distinct from the HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) test, which evaluates proficiency in written Chinese. While the HSK measures reading, writing, and listening skills, the HSKK focuses solely on assessing the speaking ability of non-native Chinese speakers.

How many levels ?

The HSKK test typically consists of a speaking component where candidates respond to prompts or questions presented through an audio recording. Test-takers are evaluated based on pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary usage, grammatical accuracy, and overall coherence of speech.

There are  three levels of the HSKK (Hanyu Shuiping Kouyu Kaoshi) exam.

Achieving a certain score on the HSKK test can be beneficial for various purposes, such as academic study in Chinese-speaking countries, professional opportunities, or personal development goals. Many institutions offer preparation courses to help candidates improve their speaking skills and perform well on the HSKK exam.
