忙碌的周日A busy Sunday

Zhè gè shì yī gè wēnnuǎn de zhōurì.

这是一个温暖的周日。

Dà Lóng bǐ píngshí qǐ de zǎo yīdiǎn.

大龙比平时起得早一点。

Tā qǐchuáng hòu, shuā wán yá, xǐ wán liǎn.

他起床后，刷完牙，洗完脸。

Qī diǎn kāishǐ zuò sānmíngzhì, chōng kāfēi, zuò hǎo fàn hòu, tā kāishǐ chī zǎofàn,

七点开始做三明治，冲咖啡，做好饭后，他开始吃早餐，

看新闻。

吃饱饭后，他骑车去公园锻炼身体。

大龙开心的过了一个忙碌的星期天。

It was a warm Sunday. Dalong got up a little earlier than usual. After getting up, he brushed his teeth and washed his face. At seven o’clock, he started making sandwiches and brewing coffee. After preparing the food, he had breakfast while watching the news. After he was full, he rode his bike to the park to exercise. At noon, after lunch, he played basketball with his best friend. Later, they watched a new movie at the cinema. After that, Dalong got home around six in the afternoon. After dinner, he went to bed and read for a while. Around ten o’clock, he went to sleep. Dalong happily spent a busy Sunday.
