At DAO Mandarin, we strive to provide the highest quality Mandarin learning experience tailored to each individual's needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally, a participant may need to reconsider their enrollment in our 1-on-1 program. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following 7-day refund policy:

Eligibility: This refund policy applies to participants who have enrolled in the DAO Mandarin 1-on-1 Program and wish to request a refund within seven (7) days from the date of enrollment.

Refund Request: To initiate a refund request, participants must contact our customer support team via email at info@daomandarin.com or click contact within the 7-day period, providing their enrollment details and the reason for their refund request.

Dissatisfaction with the quality of instruction.

Incompatibility with the participant's schedule despite efforts to find suitable time slots.

Any unforeseen circumstances that hinder the participant from continuing the program.
